We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/PO Box destinations. Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds as outlined in our policy. Please note that additional lead time may be required for certain locations. Order Processing Time 

• Processing Lead Time: All orders typically require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. 
• Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 8 AM MST may ship on the same business day, though this is not guaranteed. 
• Orders placed after 8 AM MST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 
• Business Days: Orders will process on Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We accept debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also accept PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery (CODs), Personal Check, Layaway Plans or Cash.

We ask that you make sure all billing information is correctly spelled when placing your order and try again. If you have tried 2x or more to place the order please check if your bank blocked your card by chance.

We do not hold funds but automatically charge once the order is placed. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled a refund will be issued.

We accept cancellations if:

• The order has not shipped.
• If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately here. Once the order is in production or shipped, we cannot process cancellations.

We accept changes if:

• The order has not started to ship.
• If you wish to modify, contact us immediately here. Once the order is in production or shipped, we cannot process modifications.

We cannot change the following:

• -Billing information
• -Size, color, or type
• -discount or price

In these instances please cancel and reorder.

An account is not needed to placed an order. There is guest checkout. Please know these orders will not show in your account history. If you need information just contact us.

You can return your order within 14 business days from the date of delivery. We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

Item(s) can only be returned that are unopened, un-scratched, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

Non-returnable Items include: Books, Limited Edition Prints and All Stationery Products.

• Contact for Returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Items must be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery.
• Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be in its original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
